Sivoia QS, Palladiom, and HomeWorks-class systems are hardwired with 24V or line-voltage feeds for whisper-quiet operation and unlimited duty cycles. Lutron offers a 5-year warranty on motors and electronics, and a limited lifetime warranty on shade hardware. Our installation workmanship is warranted for 1 year. As an authorized Lutron installer, we handle warranty claims directly with Lutron on your behalf.
